How to Begin:

Your audiologist will assist you in determining whether SoundConnect is the best option for you. After you receive your device, it's simple to configure:

1. Place the SoundConnect dongle into the USB port on your computer.

2. To begin the pairing process, restart your hearing aids.

3. Press and hold the SoundConnect button until a blue light flashes.

4. Make sure the SoundConnect and the hearing aids are no more than 1.5 meters apart.

5. When there is a solid green light, everything is ready.
