Shipping & Delivery
Our office processes and ships out all orders Monday - Friday. After placing your order, your order will arrive within the following times:

Shipping: 2-4 Working Days

If you need to return your order, contact us within 30 day of receiving your order and we will provide instructions on how to return.
No, there is no restocking fee.
Once your order has dispatched within 2-3 working days you will receive an email confirming including a tracking number and a link to the tracking page.
Yes, if you need to change your shipping address please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are an online audiology company, which means we do not have a physical store that can be visited in person. This allows us to pass on discounts directly to our customers as we have very little overheads to manage, and also means that if you should need to contact us it should be done by Live Chat / E-Mail / Phone / Mailing address details at the bottom of this page.
The Hearing Experts hearing aids are sourced from a number of hearing aid manufacturers who are carefully selected for their build and performance quality. At The Hearing Experts we are committed to providing outstanding value without compromising on quality and we are continually reviewing and monitoring new and existing manufacturers to ensure we meet those commitments to ensure your optimal hearing needs are met. It takes time for your brain to adjust to hearing sounds that you may not have heard for a while, so give yourself a chance to get used to your hearing aid. If it still doesn’t help we will work with you to adjust it to your environment, or you can try another one of our hearing aids that may suit you better for a further 30 days. If you are still dissatisfied at this point then you can use your, no quibble, 30 day money back guarantee. (See our Returns Policy).
Technical & Fitment
The life of your hearing aids batteries will vary depending on length of daily use. Estimated battery life for all our hearing aids can be found on the manufacturers’ website. All our hearing aids come with a free packet of batteries to get you started. We also offer hearing aids with rechargeable batteries, which are our most popular option.
If there is hearing loss on both ears, aiding both ears is recommended. There are a number of advantages of ‘binaural’ hearing – e.g. localisation ability can be better preserved. If you are unsure at all then please contact us, so we can ensure you get the best solution for your needs and we can advise the most suitable technology for your hearing loss and lifestyle.
Ears are different sizes and shapes, as individual as people. At The Hearing Experts, we use our expertise to ensure your hearing aids are suited for your ear type. Our entire range of hearing aids are designed to cover all levels of hearing loss and we will use our expert knowledge to recommend a suitable product for your hearing loss.
Yes, you can wear glasses with The Hearing Experts hearing aids. We advise that you take care when removing your glasses, whilst wearing hearing aids.
A telecoil is used to access hearing loop systems found in many public buildings and some assistive listening devices or amplified telephones and mobiles. Some of our hearing aids offer this feature, this is always listed as an option when purchasing or in the description if it comes as standard.

All The Hearing Experts hearing aids are guaranteed against defects and faulty workmanship for a period of 5 years. This warranty does not cover hearing aids that have been tampered with, or suffered physical damage or loss. For more information please read our Warranty & Aftercare page.
