The Starkey StarLink Premium Custom Charger 2.0 is the new charger for Genesis AI ITC R and ITE R hearing aids.

Charging:

It is recommended that you fully charge your hearing aids before using them.

To charge your hearing aids simply;

1.Plug your charger into an external power source  (the indicator lights will turn white when your charger is connected). You’re now ready to charge.

2.Place your hearing aids in the charging slot:

• The right indicator light turns ON for 2 seconds when you insert the right hearing aid.
• The left indicator light turns ON for 2 seconds when you
insert the left hearing aid.
• Rest the earbuds or earmolds in the open earbud/earmold
space. Your hearing aids will turn OFF and start charging.

The Starkey StarLink Premium Custom Charger 2.0 can either be open or closed while charging

Starkey StarLink Premium Custom Charger 2.0 let you charge hearing aids cordless or plugged into an external power source.

How to use:

To use the Starkey StarLink Premium Custom Charger 2.0 , simply place your hearing aids into the open earbud space.  The devices will automatically switch off when placed inside the charger.

You are able to check the charging status of your hearing aids using the indicator lights on the inside of the charger as shown below.

The Starkey StarLink Premium Custom Charger 2.0 is compatible with the new Genesis AI ITC R and ITE R hearing aids.

Please note this device is NOT compatible with Starkey RIC or RT models. For RIC/RT aids, we recommend the StarLink Premium 2.0 Charger click here
