The Starkey StarLink 2.4GHz Remote Control 2.0 is a user-friendly gadget perfect for making volume and program changes to your Starkey Genesis AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio hearing aids. It has a replaceable battery, very large and easy-to-see buttons as well as a sliding lock designed to prevent accidental changes being made to the sound settings whilst the device is in your pocket. It also comes with a handy lanyard to keep the remote secure whilst using.

The Starkey StarLink 2.4 GHz Remote Control 2.0 is part of the new accessory group Starkey have developed to work with the Genesis AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio range. The 2.4GHz Remote Control allows you to make changes to the volume, programs and also a features a ‘favourite’ button to allow quick access to preferred settings. The Starkey StarLink 2.4GHz 2.0 has been redesigned with users in mind to make it easy and simple to use.

How to use:

For this remote to interact with your Genesis AI ,Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio hearing aid(s), you must first pair it with each hearing aid. You only need to pair once, as they should automatically recognise each other when both are powered on and within wireless operating range.

Pairing:

The pairing process is as follows:

STEP 1: Turn your hearing aids OFF
and ON.
STEP 2: Pair your Remote with your
hearing aid(s):
1. Place your hearing aids within 6 inches of your Remote.
2. Press and hold the favourite button for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts rapidly blinking.
3. For a set of hearing aids or for a single hearing aid:

Successful pairing:
Indicator light becomes solid for 2 seconds.

Unsuccessful pairing:
Indicator light does not become solid for 2 seconds. Repeat STEP 1 and 2.

4. Check for successful setup by pressing the Volume up or Volume down button and confirming the hearing aid volume adjusts accordingly.
Compatibility:

Compatible with Starkey Genesis AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio hearing aids. Do note that this model appears very similar to the Surflink Remote Control. However, the latter device is compatible with the older generation of Starkey hearing aids.
