Starkey Hearing Technology’s Mini Turbocharger is the on-the-go, fast charging solution for users of Livio and Livio AI hearing devices. As the name suggests, the Turbocharger can charge a flat battery to 20% in only 7 minutes for when you need a quick fix. This turbo charge is equivalent to around 3.5 hours hearing aid use.

The Mini Turbocharger form Starkey Hearing Technology has been designed for people with a hearing loss who are making the absolute most of their Livio and Livio AI hearing aids.
It is an essential product for busy and social hearing aid users who are out and about for many hours in the day who may need an extra boost on occasion – especially if there have been many hours of streaming time.
Charging:
The Mini Turbocharger not only charges the hearing aids quickly, the on-board battery it charges very quickly when connected to a power supply by its USB cable. After being fully charged, the pocket-sized Mini Turbocharger can provide up to 4 full charges for your hearing aids, making it the perfect back up charger to take away with you on a work trip or weekend away.
When the hearing aids are in the Turbocharger, they will power off and the helpful LED lights will illuminate in accordance with the battery status of the hearing aids for ten seconds and then switch off to preserve battery. If you want to check the charging status at any time, then two quick taps on the top of the charger will trigger the LEDs to show you.
Turbo charging will only be enabled when the hearing aid battery is nearly depleted and is signified by all four LEDs glowing in series. When the hearing aids reach 20% in charge, the charging will return to regular charging speed and the hearing aids will be fully charged in under 3 hours. Once fully charged, it is safe to leave the hearing aids in the charger – making it suitable for overnight use.
How to use:
In order to keep the on-board battery at full capacity, Starkey recommend that the Mini Turbocharger is charged once every three weeks and the protective sleeve should be used when the charger is not in use. To view the status of the on board battery, two quick taps on the top of the charger (when the hearing aids are not inserted) will trigger the LEDs to indicate the status.

Compatibility:
The Mini Turbo charger is compatible with Starkey Livio and Livio AI hearing aids.
Please note the compatible aids should be RIC or BTE, custom aids are not currently compatible.
