Not only can the TV Streamer connect to your TV, it can also connect to many other electronic audio sources. These include computers, MP3 players, DVD players, cable boxes, Bluetooth® or Amazon Echo and Echo Dot (3.5mm Jack).

As well as manual control the streamed volume can also be controlled via the “Thrive Hearing Control” app, allowing you to have full control on your audio from the comfort of your sofa whilst not affecting the volume of the TV for other users.

Compatibility:

The 2.4 GHz TV device is designed to stream audio from electronic audio sources directly to your Starkey 2.4 GHz wireless hearing aids.

If your hearing aid is not mentioned please feel free to get in touch and we can check the compatibility for you or advise another compatible product instead.

LED Light indicator features:
  • No lights = power is off
  • Solid Green Light = Power is on, but not streaming audio
  • Solid Blue Light = Power is on, and audio is streaming
  • Blinking Blue Light = Hearing aid pairing mode is active
  • Solid Red Light = Possible connect failure

Once you have paired your hearing aids with the TV Streamer the device will automatically remember these paired aids and are recognise each use when both are powered on and within the audio range. The typical operating range is up to 15 meters, up to 50 feet. Audio streaming will simply stop when the TV is switched off.

If you also have the Starkey Microphone+ the audio from your TV with automatically switch to this device when a phone call via direct mobile phone connection, or connection with Remote Microphone +, is received. After the phone call concludes, all streaming stops. If desired, simple restart the streaming connection to your TV streamer.

**Please note, not compatible with Sky Glass TV’s**

Pairing:

Pairing with your hearing aids could not be easier. Simply place the hearing aid(s) within 15cm, or 6 inches from the TV Streamer and press the Bluetooth button on the TV device. The front LED lights will begin blinking blue. Your user manual will then show you the light indictors which means pairing is successful.
