Details & Features

The TV adapter 2.0 is easy to install and never needs charging. Once paired, it will stay connected by the AutoConnect feature, and will work effortlessly and simultaneously with various other devices such as phones, tablets, and laptops. The TV sound will arrive directly to your aids via the Oticon Streamer Pro (sold separately).

How to use:

Before using the Streamer Pro 1.3, you must pair this with your TV Adapter 2.0:

  1. Simply power on your TV Adapter 2.0, and a green light should appear to show that the power supply is present.
  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the Streamer Pro 1.3 for approx. 5-6 seconds until a blue light starts blinking.
  3. Place the Streamer Pro on top of, or close to the TV Adapter – pairing only takes around 20-60 seconds.
  4. The pairing is complete when the power indictor on the TV Adapter and the ON/OFF button on the Streamer Pro briefly turns blue, following by orange.

This pairing only needs to be completed once and audio streaming will happen automatically when both are turned on. The TV adapter 2.0 needs to be placed on a flat surface close to the TV and in close range of the hearing aids – the TV adapter has a range of up to 15m.

For audio to be streamed directly to your hearing aids, you will require the Oticon Streamer Pro 1.3 (sold separately). The Streamer Pro acts as both the middle transmitter and the controller allowing you to do the following whilst in use:

  • Change the volume
  • Mute the sound
  • Start TV audio streaming
  • Turn ON/OFF TV Sound

The Oticon TV Adapter 2.0 is compatible with the following Oticon hearing aids, using the Oticon Streamer Pro 1.3 A (sold separately):
