This amazing piece of technology provides you with various features that make your daily life easier and more enjoyable! These include:

Bluetooth technology- Allows you to connect your hearing aids to your mobile phone, tablet or laptop, or any other Bluetooth-enabled device, essentially turning your hearing aids into a wireless headset.

Remote microphone- Helps improve your listening experience in noisy environments or when the speaker is at a distance.

Remote control- Allows you to adjust your hearing aids’ volume or settings without having to physically reach for them.

Oticon Phone Adapter 2.0- Lets you stream and control calls from your landline telephone.

Charging:

With about 30 minutes of streaming time remaining, the power indicator will turn RED. Connect the charger provided through the micro-USB connector at the bottom of the ConnectClip. The power indicator will then blink GREEN or ORANGE.

The power supply that is featured in the box is a UK 3 pin plug, however we do include a free power adapter suitable for your region. Please make sure that you check your regional power supply voltage before usage (power adapter is subject to stock availability). As another option, a universal USB charger is included which you can use in your choice of power supply for your region.

How to Use:

Pairing your hearing aids with the ConnectClip: The first step is to ensure the device is turned off. Press and hold the multi-button on the side of the ConnectClip for about 6 seconds until the power indicator is off. Then set your hearing aids in pairing mode. To do this, you need to restart them (turn them off and then on again). They will then be ready to pair with the ConnectClip for the first time. You now have 3 minutes to complete the pairing. Press and hold the multi-button again for around 3 seconds until the power indicator signals in GREEN.

Pairing your mobile phone with the ConnectClip: You will first need to place the Connect Clip in pairing mode. To do this, press and hold the multi button AND the volume up button for about 6 seconds until the indicator blinks BLUE. The device will be in pairing mode for 3 minutes. You will then need to enable painting on your mobile device: turn on Bluetooth and search for and connect to ConnectClip. This can usually be found in the settings/Bluetooth section of your phone. In case your phone requests a PIN code, enter 0000 (four zeros). The indicator will then light up in steady BLUE, confirming that the pairing has been completed.

The Oticon ConnectClip is compatible with Oticon OPN models that have been updated to Firmware 5.0 (or higher). These include the NEW Oticon More Hearing Aid and the NHS Oticon Xceed hearing aids.
